How long does it take to set up a virtual office?
Once Premier Connections receive the signed necessary paperwork and you provide payment details your virtual office will be up and running within 24 hours.
What if I need an extra service that is not part of the packages listed?
If you require something a bit different or you need to add extra services to your package talk to us. We will customize a package to suits your company's needs.
What is a dedicated switch number?
A dedicated switch number is a telephone number exclusive to your company. It is directed to our main reception and answered in your company name. This telephone number can be placed on all your business cards, letter heads, and marketing material.
What is the minimum term I can sign up for?
The minimum term is three months, if you decide after three months to extend this can we arranged.
Is a security deposit necessary?
A refundable security deposit of one quarters service fees is payable prior to commencement.
What happens when a call is received in my company name?
The call will be answered in your," Company Name" and on your directions prior to setting up your virtual office the business coordinators will either;
1. Tell the caller you are unavailable and they will be given the option to be forwarded to your digital voice mail box
2. Forward the call to an alternative number which you have previously nominated
3. Tell the caller you are unavailable and the business centre coordinators can take a message with they can arrange to e-mail to you directly.
What happens if a caller dials my number out of office hours?
If a caller dials your dedicated number after office hours, their call will be automatically transferred to a digital voice mail box. The voice mail box will have your pre-recorded personal greeting. You will be able to access your personal voice mail box by using a private password which you can use at anytime from anywhere in the world.
How will I receive my messages?
When signing up for Premier Connection there are various options you can regarding your receiving your messages;
• We can call or e-mail you with each new message
• Premier Connections can can hold your messages and e-mailed before close of business each day
• Faxes can be forwarded immediately, attached with your weekly post or held until your request the information.
Is there room for expansion?
Many of our virtual clients have progressed from a virtual office to one of Premier Business Centres, serviced offices. Premier Business Centres can provide you with a preferential and competitive rate in several locations throughout Dublin and Belfast.
What happens if I need to meet a client at the address of my virtual office?
Premier Connection clients can book a meeting room or a hot desk in advance with our business centre coordinators. You can avail of a meeting room or hot desk at a preferential rate for an hour, half or a full day at a number of our business centre locations.
