How long does it take to set up?

Once we receive the signed contract and payment details, your serviced office/ virtual office will be up and running within 24 hours.

What if I need to change the size of my office?

We offer a range of office suites from 15 sq.m to 200 sq.m and we understand that your business needs change over time. If you need to down size or upgrade just talk to us.

What is the minimum term I can sign up for?

Lease terms are equally flexible with offices available for a day, a week, a month or a year at Premier Business Centres.

Is a security deposit necessary?

A refundable security deposit of two months is required.

Are there reception facilities in Premier Business Centres?

We offer a reception service at all of our locations. Premier Business Centre offers call answering in your company name and all calls will be transferred to the appropriate person within your serviced office/ virtual office.

What happens when a client calls but I am out of the office?

The call will be answered in your company name and depending on your instruction, our team will either.

Advise the caller that you are unavailable and give the caller the option to leave you a voice mail on your personalised mail box.
Advise the caller that you are unavailable and take a message which will then be e-mailed directly to you.
Forward the call to an alternative number.

What happens if a caller dials my number out of office hours?

If a caller dials your dedicated number after office hours, their call will be automatically transferred to a digital voice mail box. The voice mail box will have your pre-recorded personal greeting. You will be able to access your personal voice mail box by using a private password which you can use at anytime from anywhere in the world.

Do Premier Business Centres have meeting rooms?
Premier Business Centres has several meeting rooms in a variety of sizes in our business centres in Citywest, Dublin City Centre and Sandyford.

What if I need an extra service that is not part of the packages listed?

If you require something a bit different or you need to add extra services to your package, just talk to us! We will customize a package to suits your company's needs.

What is the minimum term I can sign up for?

The minimum term is usually three months. However, should you require a shorter period for a specific project please talk to us.

Should I take a virtual office; is there an option to expand to a physical office?

Many of our virtual clients have progressed from a virtual office to one of Premier Business Centres, serviced offices. Premier Business Centres can provide you with a preferential and competitive rate in Citywest, Camden and Sandyford Business Centre.

What happens if I need to meet a client at the address of my virtual office?

Premier Business Centres' virtual office clients can book a meeting room or a hot desk in advance with our business centre coordinators. You can avail of a meeting room or hot desk at a preferential rate for an hour, half day or full day.
