Premier Business Centres presently have eight locations - four in Dublin City Centre located in Dublin 2, ( Merrion Street, Fitzwilliam St, Fitzwilliam Square  & Dawson Street) three in the Greater Dublin area, Sandyford, Citywest, Tallaght and one in Belfast City Centre.

Each Premier Business Centre offers companies a complete business package that includes office furniture, full computer networking and Internet access, primary ISDN and telephone systems, reception staff, boardroom hire and private catering for up to 25 people.

Companies can avail of any amount of space within a centre from 150 sq ft to the entire building.

Lease terms are equally flexible with offices available for a day, a week, a month or a year.

Premier Business Centres also offer a "Virtual Office" service. This service provides customers with a mailing address, a dedicated phone number and voice mail services, reception services, personal digital mailbox, and use of fax machines.

The majority of the Premier Business Centres in Dublin City centre occupy renovated buildings, many with historical significance. Its suburban centres at Citywest, Sandyford and Tallaght, are located in newly constructed modern office blocks.
