Q. How long does it take to set up a virtual office?
From the time you sign the paperwork and provide payment details your virtual office facility will be up & running within 24 hours.

Q. What if I need an extra service that is not part of the packages listed?
If you require something a bit different or you need to add extra services to your package talk to us & we will determine what we need to do in order to customize your package to suit your needs.

Q. What is a dedicated switch number?
A telephone number exclusive to your company which is directed to our main reception and answered in your company name. This telephone number can be placed on all business cards, letterheads & marketing materials.

Q. What is the minimum term I can sign up for?
The minimum term is 3 months and if you decide after three months to extend for another three that is no problem.

Q. Is a deposit necessary?
A refundable deposit of one quarters service fees is payable prior to commencement.

Q. What happens when a call is received in my company name?
The call is answered in your company name, the caller details shall be taken & when put on hold the call will then be either;
1) Told you are unavailable and given the option to be forwarded to your digital voicemail box
2) Forwarded to a number which you have previously nominated
3) The caller will be told you are unavailable and a message will be taken.

Q. What happens if a caller dials my number out of office hours?
Your call will be automatically transferred to a digital voicemailbox where you will have pre-recorded your personal greeting. You will be given instructions which allows you access this voicemail box at anytime from anywhere in the world.

Q. How will I receive my messages?
When signing up for Premier Connection there are various options regarding your messages
• We can call / email you with each new message
• Messages can be held & emailed before close of business each day
• Faxes can be forwarded immediately or held until you call requesting

Q. Is there room for expansion?
Many of our virtual clients have progressed from a virtual to a fully serviced office and of course we offer preferential / competitive rates

Q. What happens if I need to meet a client at the address of my virtual office?
We offer Premier Connection clients meeting rooms on an hourly basis & day office lets at preferential rates – which can be booked in advance with your centre co-ordinator.
