Packages are based on a minimum sign up period of 3 months and include the following:

• Dedicated line answering in your company name to call forward to external numbers there is an additional once off charge of €35.00 + vat and calls thereafter are charged at Eircom rate +15%
• Dedicated digital voicemail box
• Prime postal address
• Mail handling
• Communal Fax number

Rates subject to vat @ 21%

If you require administrative services such as taking messages and emailing them on a daily basis there would be a surplus charge of €150.00 + vat per month on each package.

Day office lets / meeting room hire

• Dublin – from €200 per day, subject to availability
• Belfast – from stg£100 per day, subject to availability
• Hourly rates also available

Payment terms & conditions

• Payment for all service fees is quarterly in advance, per calender quarter
• A refundable deposit of one quarter’s service fees is payable prior to commencement
• Per usage charges are invoiced at the end of each month, payable within 30 days
• Payment for service fees is by standing order mandate only
