We are delighted to announce our newest partner office site in the prestigious Baggot Street in Dublin 2. The Building

Built in the 1820s these historic Georgian-style buildings (4 in total) retain a lot of their attractive original features such as a grand staircase, windows, fireplaces and mouldings and offer a huge amount of space for its lucky occupants. The buildings have undergone extensive renovations, originally as a hotel and more recently a serviced office building. They are a perfect combination of old and new, with the classic looks of a large period building but all of the mod-cons you would expect in a modern office block. There are four tea/coffee stations across the buildings as well as boardroom space, separated ladies and gents bathrooms and break out areas.

Up & Down Desks

Have you ever heard of an ‘up and down’ desk? Often known as standing desks, these are height adjustable desks that move to suit its occupant. Sitting too much is bad for your health, your weight and can cause hip stiffness leading to reduced mobility. Standing up for at least a portion of your day will help circulation, help to burn calories with little effort and reduces back pain caused by bad chairs or bad posture. Each and every desk in our new serviced offices will have standing desks as standard. No other operator that we are aware of are offering this unique furnishing choice.

Location & Accessibility Transport options

Baggot Street is a lively and bustling hub with easy access to Grafton Street, Fitzwilliam Square, Stephens Green and Merrion Square. This prestigious address is home to government departments, renowned hotels and many well-known multi-national companies have their headquarters in the immediate area. Accessibility and transport are not a difficulty the occupants will face as trains, buses, the Luas and many main roads in and out of the area are easily accessible.

Luckily Baggot Street has plenty of busy cafes, restaurants and coffee shops, all buzzing with professionals getting on with their day. There are also regular food markets along the canal if you fancy something exotic for lunch.
