Our latest partner location is situated in the business district of Dublin 2 on Baggott Street. These offices are adjacent to St Stephens Green, Government Buildings, Merrion Square, Grand Canal and within easy distance of the most sought after business locations and hotels in Dublin.

Located just a short walk from Westland Row and Grand Canal train stations along with Stephens Green Luas station the centre is easily accessible via public Transport. Dublin Bikes routes are close by plus the Aircoach to Dublin Airport.

Built in the 1820’s on historic Lower Baggot Street these interconnecting buildings retain many of their existing features including grand staircases original windows and original fireplaces and mouldings.

With capacity from 1- 250 desks in a mix of individual, interconnecting and open-plan offices we can accommodate companies of all sizes. The standard desk offered in each office is a standing desk, no other business centre offers these as part of the standard furniture package.  We are very excited to be the first business centre offering these.

Camden Business Centre is ideally located in Dublin City Centre. This space is within walking distance of Grafton Street, Stephens Green park, Ireland’s Financial Services Centre (IFSC) and the newly developed Docklands.

This office is served by local public transport including the Green Line LUAS, the DART, numerous Dublin Bus routes and the Dublin Airport Aircoach. It is also accessible via all main routes in and out of Dublin, which provides a link to Dublin Airport and the M50.

Located within Maynooth Business Campus, located just off the M4 motorway exit for Maynooth.  This serviced office space is situated 23km from Dublin City Centre with access to both rail and bus commuter services.

Maynooth is home to the National University of Ireland with over 8,000 students attending. The Business Centre offers just over 4500 square metres across three floors. Each office is fully furnished with telephone lines and handsets included. Offering generous parking, spaces can be reserved for staff and we have designated visitor spaces.

Sandyford is conveniently located just minutes from the M50 and with the Sandyford Business Park on its doorstep, this centre boasts an impressive location. Sandyford is also ideally located for access to excellent public transport links via the Luas green line and Dublin Bus.

This newly renovated business centre as with all our locations offers an all-inclusive price with no hidden extras. Own door office suites are fully fitted and furnished to a very high standard with free meeting room access for all in house clients. Multiple tea & coffee stations on each level & Shower Room.

While we have consistently maintained high standards of hygiene in our properties, we have implemented additional measures in response to Covid-19. These measures are in place to mitigate any potential risks and follow the recommended guidelines from health authorities and are under ongoing frequent review. Our centres are still accommodating clients who require access due to the provision of essential services. We have applied social distancing measures to all common areas & are ensuring hygiene standards are in compliance with HSE guidelines.
