Premier Business Centres are a proud part of the PREM Group family, a leading specialist in hotel management in Ireland the UK and Belgium. As well as hotels, the PREM family provides a large network of contacts in other industries.
Premier Business Centres was founded in 1999 making us one of Ireland’s longest established providers of serviced office and virtual offices.

Our experience in Ireland’s flexible space market allows us the opportunity to seek out the most desirable office locations for both established and upstart businesses.
We focus on private and traditional own door office space for businesses that want the privacy that only four walls can bring.

Therese Mullane

Property Manager
I first joined PREM Group in 2001 as a Sales Executive for some of the groups hotel and brand new UK apartment locations. After September 2001 the business centres suffered badly with clients having to depart and I took the opportunity to change role and assist in sales / client relationship management for Premier Business Centres. I started as a sales exec, moving from sales to operations manager and finally my current role as General Manager in 2010. I genuinely cannot believe it when I realise I am almost 20 years with the company, time truly does fly when you love what you do. I have been extremely lucky to work with the same amazing team for over 15 years and the can do attitude each of them never fails to amaze me. I love meeting the various clients & watching companies growing from small start ups to successful enterprises. I look forward to hearing people ideas when they walk through the door starting off with us and never fail to be impressed by the Entreprenurial energy in Ireland

I joined Premier Business Centres in 2014. My job includes sales of virtual office package, assisting with serviced office enquires and member of call answering team. I am proud to be a part of a fantastic team always assisting clients find the perfect package to suit their requirements and the strong relationships that we have built up with our clients over the years.

Facilities Manager
I joined Prem Group in 1996 working as a porter in Stephen’s Hall Hotel on Leeson Street. In 2005 I joined the Premier Business Centre team as a member of the maintenance team & progressed then to take over the role of Facilities Manager. My role includes general day to day maintenance, overseeing all the Fire, Health & Safety protocols & dealing with contractors regarding the up keep of the properties. Over the past 15 years I have gained a lot of experience & no two weeks are the same. The company are constantly organising staff training events to ensure we are kept up to date on systems & procedures. Through this training I have now qualified in portable Appliance testing/Pat Testing, First Aid Officer & Health & Safety Officer. Premier Business Centres is a fantastic company to work for with friendly staff, management & clients. Here’s to another 20 years.

I joined PREM Group as the Credit Controller for Premier Business Centres in 2002. After a number of years in the role I became Financial Controller for the division. I’m also the Financial Controller for Premier Suites UK. Through working closely with our clients I’ve grown to know many of them quite well. We’ve a great team in PBC who are able to adapt to the clients needs. They’re also a great bunch to work with!”

Operations Manager
I joined Premier Business Centres in 2002. My first role was working part time as a business centre co-ordinator / receptionist. This expanded to managing the reception team in various locations. I am now the operations manager for the business centre. My role includes organising the set up of office suites in advance of clients moving in, arranging IT set up & liaising between various contractors to ensure set up runs smoothly. I enjoy meeting new clients & showing them around the various properties. I work with a great team and enjoy all the different aspects of my job & the fact no 2 days are ever the same.
