Coworking is defined as ‘the use of an office or other working environment by people who are self-employed or working for different employers, typically so as to share equipment, ideas, and knowledge. Coworking means sharing an office space with like-minded individuals keeping real estate and office equipment costs down as much as possible. It helps those who usually work from home to get more done with fewer everyday distractions such as children, pets, housework, and the many other difficulties that come with home working. Even more importantly, it allows you the opportunity to interact with others, helping to generate ideas and increase your professional network.
Suburban Office Space
The most difficult and time-consuming part of working from home for most people is the commute. The result of the Covid 19 pandemic restrictions has been an increase in hybrid working, meaning there are fewer people on the road and traffic has decreased. It has also led to a mass migration from big city living with many employees moving to satellite towns and rural areas avoiding the rat race. Naas offers affordable and easily accessible office space for anyone looking to escape the isolation of a home office, or as a remote and in-office combination option. Aside from the location, suburban co-working spaces offer benefits to employers, local communities, and the wider economy.
